Parish Festival
|
The annual SEAS festival is held on the first weekend in August. This three-day event has lots of prize-winning games, special activities, wonderful music, delicious food, and unforgettable entertainment. The Festival is a fundraiser for SEAS but more importantly it helps build fellowship with SEAS and our community. Everyone is welcome! Hundreds of volunteers, donations, and sponsorships are needed each year to make the Festival successful. For more information contact Wylie Smith at 970-530-3336. |

Grand Prize: $1,500.00 cash
1st Prize: $1000.00 cash
2nd Prize: $500.00 cash
This year the raffle is playing an integral part in the funding of the Festival as well as other causes. In addition to the aforementioned cash prizes, we also have obtained prizes from some local merchants as well. A small sample of these are:
Golf cart and a round of golf for two
Bicycle tune-up
Numerous gift cards from various restaurants
Automobile detail
Garden shop gift card
Jeweler gift card
Golf Lessons
Gas (yes, you read this correctly!)
There are many other prizes as well, and more are pouring in weekly.
So, why not play the raffle and have a chance at winning these and many other fine prizes? Tickets are $4 each, or THREE TICKETS FOR $10 (your best deal and your best chance of winning). Raffle tickets will be made available after most weekend masses from now until the Festival. Get yours soon before they run out!

Come one-and-all for a rollicking good time!!!
Friday, August 3
Casino Night = 7 - 11 pm
Saturday, August 4
7 - 9am = Fossil 5k Frenzy (run/walk)
8 - 10am = Knights of Columbus Breakfast
9am - 3:30 pm = Car Show
10am - 3pm = Midway Games
10am - 3pm = Entertainment (local groups)
Noon - 1:30pm = Picnic on the Hill/Ice Cream Social
2:30 - 4pm = Field Games (3 legged race; potato sack race; water balloon toss)
Sunday, August 5
11:30am - 12:45pm - Outdoor Mass (weather permitting)
1 - 2:30pm = BBQ
1 - 3pm = Midway Games
2:30 - 4pm = Closing Ceremonies (puppy auction; 5k, car show, and field games winners and awards; clergy contest; silent auction and raffle results)
In addition, our food booth and silent auction room will be open on Saturday and Sunday for your convenience and enjoyment.

Announcing the 8th Annual SEAS Festival
August 3, 4, and 5, 2012
This year we are "shaking up" the Festival a little more. We have decided as a committee to keep some events and add other events. We are also in the process of "shaking up" other things within the Festival.
